Site Supervisor
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Maintain project schedules and meet milestones/deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of custom design elements to ensure they meet client expectations and design specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
- Follow and implement the company Safety program
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Perform Project turnover and 1 year warranty walkthroughs with clients and Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Buildertrend is an asset, including the provide daily updates and photos of job functions and project schedules within the Buildertrend platform.
